Avebury - Curator’s choice

Dr. Ros Cleal, curator of the Alexander Keiller Museum will give an introductory talk on her ’top five’ artefacts in the collection. You will also have a chance to ask Dr. Cleal questions about Avebury and the museum collection. This is an opportunity to discover the context and background to these objects which you can then explore at your own pace in the Alexander Keiller Museum. The museum holds collections from all over the World Heritage Site in the Stables gallery, particularly important for the Neolithic and Bronze Age artefacts relevant to Avebury. Booking Not Needed.

A National Trust Event - Start 14:00. End 16:30. Free Entry. Curator’s choice will take place in the Museum Barn. For more details please phone the contact number below.
