Head Chef, Shaun Blythe, gives you the confidence to try the unusual at home, demonstrating a range of techniques from cold smoking to salt curing and cooking all types of seafood and fish. Includes a two course lunch with wine. There will also be an informal tasting of two wines in the wine shop. Each guest will receive a goody bag and recipe folder to take home. Booking Essential.
