Dave Hammer on vibraphone leads his nine or maybe ten-piece big sounding band, with a repertoire that ranges from warm West Coast to crisp New York jazz with a dash of sophisticated Duke Ellington thrown in for good measure. Another night of big sounding jazz. The Hornchurch Conservative Club is a comfortable air conditioned venue with a dance floor, drinks at club prices, wheel-chair access and car parking.
