Smallhythe Place - Far from the Madding Crowd

This beautiful dramatisation of one of Thomas Hardy's best-loved novels brings to life the story of farmer Gabriel Oak and his love and pursuit of Miss Bathsheba Everdene. Hotbuckle Theatre Company's thoroughly loveable adaptation of this pastoral great will be performed in the Barn Theatre, which was once itself used for farming. Late-comers will not be admitted.
