Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing Workshop
Restorative Yoga or ‘Active Relaxation’ utilises props (bolsters/blocks/straps/blankets) to support the body in postures that both stimulate and relax to move you towards balance. Some poses have an overall benefit while others target areas such as the lungs or the heart. In general, Restorative Yoga helps to relieve the effects of chronic stress. We will also work with some immune boosting, preventative sequences to revitalise and help see you through the last part of Winter.
