CHanticleer Singers
The name Chanticleer comes from the singing cockerel in Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales.
The Chanticleer Singers is now very well-travelled, having sung over 290 concerts in 110 different venues – in the UK and abroad at some of the grandest venues in the UK include Ely and Liverpool Cathedrals, York Minster, Inverary Castle, Oxford, St Mary’s Cathedral, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and the Archbishop’s Palace in York.
