Beginners Tai Chi Bang workshop
This is a basic introduction to a lesser known area of tai chi which is easy to learn, fun to practise and gives you a gentle workout. Suitable for everyone, it can even be practiced seated for the less mobile.
This is a four and a half hour workshop, run at a gentle pace with plenty of breaks and time to practise in a warm friendly and supportive environment. Refreshments will be provided as well as a hand out to help you remember the moves. Our own DVD will also be provided. Advance booking
