Wild Medicine Walk - Sunnyside Rural Trust
Wild Medicine Walk
Saturday 20th May at 10am
Learn to love your weeds! Discover how common weeds can be safely used as medicines for your everyday ailments.
We're surrounded by medicines. Most of us know them to be weeds and view them as something to get rid of. Lucy Blunden, Herts Herbalist will lead the walk around Hemel Food Garden and will show us herbs we can use safely in our own lives to support our health and wellbeing. The walk is approximately 1hour 30minutes.
Sunnyside Rural Trust provides adults with learning disabilities work experience in horticulture. Profits from this walk will help us to continue to provide this popular service.
Your booking will be confirmed via email. Please note there are limited places, so book early to avoid disappointment. The walk is designed for adults, however children are welcome. There are no refunds if you cancel your booking. Dogs are allowed on the walk.
