Mindfulness Meditation
This is a weekly lunchtime mindfulness meditation class in Cheadle Hulme, every Tuesday & alternate Fridays. It includes a seated and a walking meditation, both of which are guided so are suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to deepen their existing practice. Chairs are provided for the seated meditation, or you can bring your own cushions/stool/mat.
