The aim of this day school is to identify the traits and characteristics of various Adventurous Women by studying their life, their travels and their work and to compare their influence on both contemporary and modern-day
society. We start the day by considering the role of women in society through the ages and identifying
specific traits that adventurous women should possess. The remainder of the day will be divided
