Yoga and healing at Dovercourt
A yoga class suitable for all ages and abilities. This is run by Jeremy Jones, a very experienced yoga teacher, and former BWY tutor. At the end there is group healing/relaxation with Diane Bitmead, a Reiki Master.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one and a blanket or something warm to cover yourself during the healing/relaxation.

£6.00 per class or pay £30 in advance for 6 consecutive classes. 10.00 am to 11.30 am.
