Autumn Herbal Medicine & Foraging Day #3
The last of our seasonal trio of plant study and foraging days, an early Autumn excursion for the fruits and roots as the cycle of the year turns. Spend time observing and meditating with two different plants, learning through sensory experience in a group about that plant’s characteristics and energies. We will make a preparation with each of the plants that you can take home to continue your connection with it.
