Embroidering the Past
An exhibition of textile work, by Ruth Black, based on the Pictish carved stones of Moray. Ruth is a textile artist specialising in embroidery, felt making and weaving. Her particular interest is in Celtic and Pictish art.
Free entry, donations to Elgin Museum gratefully accepted. The exhibition, which is on the upper level in the main gallery, can be viewed during museum opening hours, 10am - 5pm Mon-Fri, 11am - 4pm Sa
