Knepp Wildland Half-Day Safaris - Afternoon
Guided by one of our expert ecologists and carefully tailored to suit the season and weather conditions, your safari will take you to current ‘hot spots’ of natural interest. Summer is alive with dragonflies, bats and moths, and numerous butterflies – including the spectacular purple emperor. Autumn sees the emergence of fungi - including rare wax caps, and the drama of the deer rut. You’re very likely to see our herds of large herbivores – longhorn cattle, Exmoor ponies, Tamworth pigs, red and
