TAI CHI YANG 32-Step SWORD (RADA Studios)
This is a beginner's sword form. You can borrow a sword if you would like to try it out.
JAMES DREWE is an experienced teacher and practitioner. He has been studying tai chi & qigong for 40 years, and has been teaching for 25 years.
He is the author of 3 books on tai chi, and is both a qualified acupuncturist, and secondary school teacher (PGCE).
He is a member of the BCCMA, and the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.
Mondays: 6.05-7.00pm.
COST: Taster session is £5 (doesn't have to be the 1st class).
