Cardiff Spring Foraging Course
This course is a simple foraging walk where we will identify a selection of Spring and Summer plants berries and flowers, plus hopefully some edible mushrooms. The course includes a lovely al fresco wild food based lunch. We will meet at the Castle Street entrance to the park beside the Pettigrew Tea Rooms at 12pm. The course starts there with a 20 minute introduction on what to look for and a brief of the general countryside codes where they relate to foragers. Tea or coffee is available from
