Dunham Massey - Learn to Nordic Walk 4 week course

Try something new this year with one of the fastest growing activities in the UK... Nordic Walking gets the whole body working to give you a low impact, full body workout. This four part course is led by Anita, a fully qualified Nordic Walking Instructor. Suitable for most fitness levels and abilities and equipment provided.
Sessions will take place once a week on Wednesdays.
