Gregynog Festival - Narek Hakhnazaryan, cello

As part of the Gregynog Festival's residency in Harlech, the outstanding Armenian cellist Narek Hakhnazaryan, winner of the 2011 International Tchaikovsky Competition, plays Bach Suites and Bantock’s Sonata for unaccompanied cello. The venue is St Tanwg’s Church, Llandanwg LL45 2HP. Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) - Suite No. 1 in G major, BWV 1007 Granville Bantock (1868-1946) - Sonata in G minor (1924) Bach - Suite No. 4 in E flat major, BWV 1010 George Crumb (b. 1929) - Sonata (1955)
