To celebrate Festival of Archaeology fortnight, Archaeology Fun Day is back by popular demand! Become an archaeologist for a day and learn more about the fascinating history of the castle and what was found here during the excavations. Children's archaeology dig Artefact handling Castle talks£ Glamorgan Gwent Archaeological Trust and Heritage Metal Detecting Club will also be on hand to share their specialist skills!
