Verdi's Requiem - Bakewell Choral Society and Buxton Musical Society

These two renowned Derbyshire choirs will join forces to sing Verdi’s Requiem which has been described as a milestone of the choral repertoire. Verdi used all his considerable skills gained in composing 25 operas to produce this deeply felt tribute to the Italian poet and novelist Alessandro Manzoni.
