Edward Mott, Markyate Photographer - Book Launch
The book, written and published by Richard Hogg, contains over 130 photographs taken by Edward Mott. He produced thousands of fine photographs from the late 19th century to the 1930s, with many used on postcards. The photographs are mainly of Markyate, but there are a number of images of Flamstead, Kensworth, and Gaddesden Row, plus a few from other villages close to Markyate.
