Guided Walk - Stubbers
Circular walk to Stubbers from the Thames Chase Visitor Centre via Cranham Marsh is around 5 miles and will take around 2.5 – 3 hours. 10am Friday 26th May 2017
Stubbers is an historic site in North Ockendon that was the home of William Coys, the botanist, and the Russell family. Once a stately home with extensive park land and gardens, the site is now used as an outdoor pursuits centre. Once considered the for – runner to Kew Gardens, there are a few remnants of the formal gardens in a wall
