Reading Festival Chorus: Rutter's Requiem and Edward-Rhys Harry's Mass of the Martyrs
Reading Festival Chorus offers you two versions of the Requiem mass this summer: John Rutter’s Requiem, which will be familiar and loved by many of you, and a completely new work, Mass of the Martyrs, composed by our Musical Director, Edward-Rhys Harry. The Reading performance of his mass will be its second-ever, the world premiere taking place in May in Warminster.
