2017 marks more McGough milestones than the average year. There’s the 50th anniversary of the iconic and top-selling Penguin Modern Poets no.10 – The Mersey Sound by Roger McGough, Brian Patten and the much missed Adrian Henri. Then the summer of ’67 epic poem of love and lust, Summer With Monika, being republished with illustrations by Chris Riddell.
