Part of the Jane Austen Regency Week. A selection of books that make up the Hampshire Library Service’s specialist Jane Austen Collection at Alton Library. It includes material that covers the life and works of the author as well as information linked to relevant places and organisations. Local Historian Jane Hurst and Library Staff will be on hand to talk about the collection and provide additional information on the author and the local area.
