Giant Cyanotype/Sun print Workshop
Create a gigantic collaborative cyanotype print with artist Melanie King using a selection of objects and a giant piece of fabric.
A cyanotype is an old photographic process, originally famed for its use as ‘blueprints’.
To make a cyanotype, you place objects onto chemically treated fabric or paper, and expose the piece to sunlight. The effect is a stunning white and blue print, with the white areas remaining where the objects blocked the sunlight.
11.30am-1pm and 1-2.30pm.
