Hands on History Weekend
Expanding on previous events, re-enactors from multiple periods descend on Raglan Castle, displaying how people lived in the past and showing how day-to-day items were made, including basket-weaving, wood turning and even blacksmithing. We will be joined by a host of historians giving talks on a wide range of subjects, which will take place in our new 'Talks Tent'! A marquee will be set up in our Great Hall where the talks and some demonstrations will take place. There will be some
Castle opening times: 9.30am, last entry at 4.30pm, castle and visitor centre closes at 5pm.
