Summer Party with The Seals

This year we have an English Country Garden theme welcoming you with arrival drink, then two course buffet (below) before we rock out with The Seals.

Planting the seed...
Slow roast shoulders of English lamb, minted pea pesto
Cold poached salmon, prawns, herb cream cheese
Herb and garlic roasted chicken, chipolatas, piccalilli
Red onion and garden pea quiche
Macaroni and smoked Cumberland cheese bake, walnut and thyme crumb
Thyme roast potatoes

7pm - midnight
