Held on the first Friday of every month (unless stated) our tutor Rashmita Shah will share her culinary skills and passion to show you how to prepare and cook a different dishes with accompanying side dishes and breads, using a range of both dried and fresh spices to create distinctive regional food from a specific area of India or the world!
