Inspiration through Sound - with Didgeridoo

This is a rare opportunity to experience the wonderfully relaxing, healing & inspirational sounds of the didgeridoo in this 1-off daytime workshop with Craig Dickson from Findhorn in Scotland. Refreshments included but bring lunch to share and a bottle of water.

- Introductions & sharing of hopes & expectations for the day

- Self exploration (working in pairs to explore any blocks, challenges, aims, goals - using a number of activities)
