WW1 – the Home Front
Find at what life was like at home in WW1 – how one day in August Epsom was invaded by 4000 soldiers! Discover how hard life was with, shortages of food, and coal. Would you like to go on to the Common to try and find extra food to eat? If your father was home on leave you need not go to school as he could return to the front and you may never see him again. At the end of the session you will get the chance to make your own Victoria Cross!
