Tai Chi: Seated

WEA Adult Education Course - Tai Chi and Health Qigong are routines of gentle exercise that can enhance general health and wellbeing by coordinating body movement and mental stimulation. All routines are performed while seated and combine stretching, strength and relaxation without putting undue strain on joints and muscles.
