Relax and De-stress -Using Aromatherapy

WEA Adult Education Course - This course will introduce a range of massage and relaxation techniques, to be perform and modified while working on each other. A variety of essential oils and mediums will be used to help improve one's health and well-being and build on previous knowledge and understanding.
