WEA Adult Education Course - Learn and develop ways in which you can gain confidence in communicating with others in a variety of social situations. Gain knowledge in what your body language is saying about you and how you can actively change this to come across more positive. Learn how to plan and prepare for difficult and awkward situations in a positive and appropriate manner. Supportive mixed group.
