Confidence Building for Women

WEA Adult Education Course - The aim of this course is to help you gain confidence speaking in groups and develop communication methods and skills, including use of positive body language. You will be encouraged to talk about places of interest that you have visited and share your experiences within the group. You will also be able to learn about other cultures and traditions.
