WEA Adult Education Course - Unique landscapes in northern England have been influenced by human activity over thousands of years. With detailed examples from the Craven Dales, this course will examine broad themes, such as agriculture and climate change, that have helped to create the landscapes of today. We will look at evidence from traditional surveys and excavation, and will explore the potential of the latest technology to help us to 'read' the landscape and find out more about
