Voices Chase the Echoes in This Stone Carved Jewel - Quodlibet of Canterbury
Friends of Barfrestone Church present music by the small choir Quodlibet, directed by Peter Giles. Five acapella singers celebrate this famous small 12th century church. Music sacred and secular,: serious, light-hearted, and humorous:familiar and not yet familiar: part-songs, madrigals, motets, folksong arrangements, a glee - and the spoken word.
The concert will last approximately two hours to include an interval when refreshments of wine, soft drinks and nibbles will be served.
