Dorset Forest School – Making a Mark
Roll up your sleeves and get really messy making a Saxon coil pot or necklace decorated with things you find outside. Use chalk, clay or natural paint to decorate the beads or pots with and use tools to make patterns on the surface. Learn to write your name in runes and make an amulet (like a lucky charm) using ancient cordage techniques. This will be an Artsreach outdoor adventure so make sure you bring a packed lunch, wear suitable outdoor clothing and robust footwear. Suitable for ages 5-12 y
