Johannesson - Pompili Duo (clarinet - piano)

Einar Jóhannesson studied clarinet at the Reykjavík College of Music and The Royal College of Music in London. Einar has appeared as a soloist and chamber music player throughout Europe, Asia, America and Australia, presenting pieces specially written for him by Icelandic composers. He is principal clarinet of the Iceland Symphony Orchestra and has recorded for the Merlin, Chandos and BIS labels.

The concert is at 7:30, doors opening at 7:00. Around 90 minutes of music with an interval for tea or coffee and biscuits half-way. Admission £15 but accompanied children and full-time students free.
