Linking the Landscape: Bats at the Museum
Did you know one bat can eat 3000 insects in a night? Find out lots more amazing facts about bats on this Local Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) talk and walk by local bat expert James Shipman.
James explains where bats live, how they fly in the dark, and why they are so important and protected by law. After a short talk, James will help us see and hear several species that emerge at dusk near the museum (weather dependent).
