There is much more to Roman cooking than stuffed dormice and fish sauce! Come to this workshop and try your hand at preparing a selection of Roman dishes, to be shared at a feast at the end. Experienced historical cooks Chris Carr and Stuart Orme will guide you through a morning of preparing authentic dishes to genuine Roman recipes, using replica equipment over an open fire.
