Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga classes specifically designed for the needs of older less mobile people. Incorporating simple, gentle ‘Chair Yoga’ exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Classes take place every Monday afternoon from 1.30pm to 2.30pm

Classes are priced at £6 per session payable monthly in advance.
