En Avant is a series of clay paintings by artist Robert Dawson, which draw from the visual language of Gothic Revival architect A.W.N. Pugin. Dawson reimagines Pugin’s designs from the Shrine of St Augustine, Ramsgate. He embodies the artisanal spirit of Pugin himself, while revitalising his designs for 21st century.
