The Great British Song Book
A 7 week course organised by the WEA starting on Tuesday 19 September at 1.30 - 3.30pm in Loughborough.
The course will provide an overview of British popular song from Gilbert and Sullivan to Lennon and McCartney. The emphasis will be on enjoyment and the (re)discovery of some great popular music.
Songs will be placed in their cultural and historic contexts. No skills or experience needed.
