Art History - Italian Art of the Twentieth Century
A 7 week course organised by the WEA starting on Tuesday 19 September at 7.15pm to 9.15pm in Melton Mowbray.
The twentieth century saw some of the most exciting, challenging and powerful works in the history of art - and Italy was no exception. Explore the paintings of a range of artists including the pastoral landscapes of |Giovanni Segantini, the mysteries of Giorgio de Chirico and portraits of Modigliani.
No previous experience necessary, just a lively, open-minded interest in art.
