New Arundells exhibition Britains's long road into Europe
A new exhibition has opened at Arundells in Salisburys beautiful Cathedral Close. Entitled Britains long road IN to Europe telling the rollercoaster story of the UK's journey into the European Economic Community and the pivotal role played by Sir Edward Heath.
Through narrative boards, photographs, news footage, cartoons, documents and artefacts the exhibition covers the complex relationship with Europe with clear learning points from entry talks in the 60s and 70s and todays Brexit

Arundells is open for self guided tours Saturday to Tuesday from 11am until 4.30pm and on Wednesdays for bookable guided tours.
