A fun and friendly course for all ages, for those who are beginners to Pilates and wish to develop their skills. This 6 week course will help to develop, posture, increased muscle tone and a better sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
Tuesday evenings from 7.00 - 8.00, 6 weeks starting 12 September 2017 . Course fee £39 / £35 / £20 (Full fee/ Derbyshire Gold Card holders / those on certain benefits). Pre-booking required
