The Chantry Open Day
Heritage Open Day: A fine listed building located in the conservation area of Castle Street. It dates from the late 16th to early 17th century and has been subsequently extended. Features a walled garden and, as its name suggests, it was once a home for priests who were paid to chant masses for their souls. Talk and presentation, light refreshments will be available and the bar will be open.
Sun 10 Sep:1200-1700. Free Entry.
