Heritage Open Day: The Wren Library was completed in 1695 to the design of Sir Christopher Wren, who was responsible for the design of the building and also for the bookcases and furniture. See a selection of our treasures including material belonging to Sir Isaac Newton, the Milton manuscript, the manuscript of Winnie the Pooh, medieval manuscripts and items from the Crewe Collection.
