Heritage Open Day: The heyday of the village of Parkgate was the Georgian era, when it was an important port for sailings to Ireland also a well -known seaside resort.; there was also a fishing industry.
The tour takes in a selection of historic sites and buildings associated with Parkgate's past (1 1/2 - 2 hours). Visitors might like to visit St. Thomas' s Church before coming on the walk.
